    Join us for 45-minutes of cycling to the beat of some seriously fun music. Expect to sweat your way through one of our favourite classes with playlists curated to elicit effort while bringing a smile to your face at the same time

  • Recovery Rides

    Whether you’re newer to the bike, working through an injury, or enjoying a day off from training - our Recovery Rides offer a space for you to nourish your body with a lower-intensity, yet just as fun option. Perfect to weave into your weekly routine

    In this ride your only competition is yourself. Focusing on output rather than resistance or cadence like our Rhythm Rides, our (Em)Power rides aims to create a class that is as individualized as you are. Perfect for off-season training

    Our Express Rides are quick & dirty 30-minute sessions to give you a mini dose of midday movement. Just because we’re working for less time doesn’t mean we work any less hard
