Our Founding 20 memberships are unlimited membership opportunities so you can stay committed to your wellness goals while doing good for your body, mind & bank account. Membership may be paused for up to 2 weeks, once per year.

Founding 20 Membership**
Save when you choose to join us with our Founding 20 membership, and enjoy the option to customize your start date. With exclusive Member Perks take advantage of 10% off all retail in studio, as well as free attendance for select workshops & pre-registered events. One guest pass per quarter. Members can also enjoy pausing their membership for up to 2 weeks, once per year. Does not include online access
*Ascend Online memberships: Auto-renews monthly and operates on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to cancel anytime by sending us an email with at least one week’s notice
**Founding 20 memberships: Following a 4-month commitment, contracts will shift to a month-to-month basis. Members may only cancel by emailing us with at least 30 days notice, and will then enjoy 30 days of movement following their final payment. Any membership cancellations within the 4-month period will result in members paying out the remainder of their contract
