Joining live: how toStep 1: Reserve Your Spot
It's simple to attend an online class from home. Here's what to do:
Log in to your Punchpass account
Register. Visit the schedule, select the online class you wish to attend, and click ‘Reserve my Spot’ to make a reservation
Step 2: Find Your Class Link
You can find the online class links in a couple of places in Punchpass
My Reservations | You can also find the class link by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘My Reservations’ button at the top of the page
Email Reminder | Approximately 30 minutes before the class starts, you'll receive an automated email containing the class link
Step 3: Join the Class
Click on the class link provided in the email or ‘My Reservations’ section. Wait for us to start the session. You won't see us until we initiate class on our end
Participate in the class online. That's it!
Classes are available for 48 hours following the live stream via our Content Library on Punchpass. You must be an Ascend Online member to gain access

You only need enough room for a yoga mat and space to move your arms freely.

Yes! With live classes Monday - Saturday and on demand drops 4 days/week, we’re always expanding the library with fresh content, tools, and updates to keep your learning and inspiration going strong.

Yes! Classes are designed for all levels, and we will provide modifications & options so you can move at your own pace

Classes are designed to be accessible from home with minimal equipment, although it is beneficial to have:
A yoga or exercise mat
Yoga blocks
Yoga bolster (or a couple firm pillows)
Yoga strap (belts works well too)
Light dumbbells, resistance bands (optional)
A stable internet connection

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled with one week’s emailed notice. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
